These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SCREW Network website, applications, streaming services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Age Requirement

SCREW Network is intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older.

2. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, SCREW Network grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display content without written permission.
Download or archive videos except where expressly permitted.
Circumvent security or access controls.
Reverse engineer or modify the Service.
Scrape, harvest, crawl, or automate access to the Service.
Use bots or automated software.
Attempt to interfere with servers or network infrastructure.
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

SCREW Network reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access for violations of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, text, and other materials are owned by SCREW Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

5. Third-Party Platforms

SCREW Network may be accessed through third-party platforms including Roku, Google, Apple, web browsers, and other devices.

Those platforms are owned and operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Purchases, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds processed through third-party platforms are handled exclusively by those providers.

SCREW Network is not responsible for third-party billing policies.

6. Availability

We continually improve the Service.

Features, content, applications, and compatibility may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

violate any law;
harass or threaten others;
upload malicious software;
attempt unauthorized access;
interfere with other users;
distribute spam or fraudulent content.

8. Copyright

SCREW Network respects the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREW NETWORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREW NETWORK LLC, ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SCREW Network LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

your use of the Service;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Mandatory Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Jefferson County, Kentucky, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes regarding the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration provision.

13. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SCREW NETWORK AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, MASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.

THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS PROCEEDING.

14. Jury Trial Waiver

IF FOR ANY REASON A DISPUTE IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, BOTH PARTIES KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
