SCREW Network respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.
It is our policy to respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available through SCREW Network infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to permit us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information contained in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notifications
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its former location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in Kentucky.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.
Counter-notifications should be sent to the DMCA Agent listed above.
Repeat Infringers
SCREW Network reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances, to suspend or terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
