By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Lawful Use

You may use SCREW Network only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or network.
  • Circumvent or interfere with security features.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Download or archive videos except where expressly permitted.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise collect information using automated tools, bots, spiders, or artificial intelligence systems without our prior written permission.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation or availability of the Service.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or abuse any individual or organization.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage SCREW Network or its users.

Streaming License

SCREW Network grants users a limited license to stream content solely for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

  • Record streams for redistribution.
  • Publicly perform or rebroadcast content.
  • Sell or sublicense any content.
  • Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices.

User Accounts

Where accounts are offered, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Security

Do not attempt to:

  • Probe or scan the Service for vulnerabilities.
  • Bypass authentication or access controls.
  • Access areas of the Service not intended for public use.
  • Interfere with network traffic or service availability.

Enforcement

SCREW Network reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

We may, in our sole discretion:

  • Suspend or terminate access.
  • Remove content.
  • Block IP addresses or devices.
  • Report unlawful conduct to law enforcement.
  • Pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to this Policy

SCREW Network may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
