The ALVIN Partner Program allows approved participants to earn a share of qualifying revenue generated within the ALVIN ecosystem by promoting ALVIN through a unique referral/download link.
Partners receive credit for qualifying ALVIN installations attributed to their unique link. Partner earnings are calculated from a designated revenue pool and distributed among eligible partners based on their proportionate share of qualifying ALVIN usage during each settlement period.
The partner revenue pool is currently funded with 33% of qualifying revenue. Revenue sources, qualifying activity and pool percentages may be changed, added, removed or discontinued by ALVIN at any time.
Earnings are calculated and finalized after the applicable usage period has ended. Once finalized, partner earnings are locked and added to the partner's unpaid balance. Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary based on qualifying revenue, partner participation and qualifying ALVIN usage.
Payments become eligible once a partner's unpaid balance reaches $50, subject to the applicable payout schedule and the partner maintaining valid payout information. Available payout methods may change from time to time.
Participation is subject to approval. ALVIN may reject, suspend or terminate participation for fraud, manipulation, artificial installs or usage, misleading promotion, abuse of the program or other violations of these terms.
Partners are independent participants and are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with payments they receive. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship with ALVIN or SCREW Network.
ALVIN may modify or discontinue revenue sources, qualifying activity, pool percentages, payout methods, payout schedules, eligibility requirements or the Partner Program itself at any time. Continued participation after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
